Last week we sought Wisdom and Knowledge from Proverbs 1. We discussed how King Solomon, the son of King David, the wisest man who ever lived, exhorts us to take action and SEEK, AQUIRE, PURSUE and SEARCH FOR, wisdom and knowledge. Wisdom and knowledge that begins with the fear of the Lord. We also talked about the foolishness of not seeking wisdom and knowledge and how you end up “waylaying” yourself and going down a path leading to calamity and destruction.

Bill H. mentioned how as a group of young men, the guys need to hold each other accountable to seeking wisdom and knowledge and Westley took the action to organize a campout where the guys talk about coming up with a plan and commitment to hold each other accountable to the standards and expectations God expects.
